Job Description:
The regional HQ Quality Manangement Suppliers function is managing and coordinating the projects with the plant supplier quality organization(SQA). Support purchasing during supplier evaluation and selection. Perform process audits at supplier and documentation of results. Evaluation and follow up of improvement measures at suppliers. Training of SQA personnel. Provide process and product know-how to plant SQA.
Necessary requirements:
Basic product and process know-how of brake pad manufacturing. Basic knowledge of QS 9000, ISO 9001 & ISO/TS 16949. Knowledge of PPAP, PSW. Knowledge of basic quality tools like process audit, 8D, SPC, FMEA, Basic knowledge of MS Office, Lotus Notes, SAP. Fluent in English.
