Taking care all the incoming and outgoing mails and contact with courier agent

Answering phone calls on the switchboard and responsible for the upkeeping of the
telephone system
3.负责会议室的安排
Responsible for the scheduling of the conference rooms
4.完成上级交办的其他任务
Handle ad-hoc assignment
5、接待公司来往客人。
Greeting the client

Management the check on work attendance.
