职位描述: Key responsibilities:
You will work closely with a Consultant and participate in the recruitment process in at least the following areas:
-Perform research in the talent market and identify candidates for search assignments
-Screen the candidates on qualifications and a possible fit to the job profile
-Contact the client and arrange candidate interviews
-Handle recruitment assignments independently, if applicable
Requirements:
-College degree or above
-Previous working experience in HR,sales and automotive industry would be an advantage.
-Good English language ability (spoken and written)
-Result-oriented and able to work with deadlines.
-Excellent telephone manner; telephone research experience is needed
-Excellent interpersonal skills, enjoys meeting people, work in a team
-Good Common sense and eager to learn
