受聘者将有机会去德国总部培训1-2月。
总体的职责：
1.对化学实验室尽科学上，管理上和监督上的职能。
2.小规模化工合成的设计，执行和文献搜寻，同时为今后扩大为商业规模考虑合成的经济性，安全性和生态性。
需要的技能：
1.执行文献搜寻（通过电子媒体）的能力
2.有机合成方面的经验（至少是有机化工博士）
3.工业化学的背景或能力（化工过程的制造，生态学，经济性，安全方面）
4.MSDS,安全以及ESHA方面的基本了解
5.电脑技能（Word,PowerPoint,Excell）
6.基本分析方法（例如GC,HPLC,IR,UV）的了解
7.英语流利（口语和书面）

The Overall Responsibility
Scientific, administrative and supervisory responsibility for a chemical laboratory
Design, execution and documentation of small scale synthesis of chemicals considering economical, safety and ecological aspects of the synthesis for future scale up in commercial scale
The Skills required:
Ability to carry out literature searches (also via electronic media)
Broad experience in organic synthesis (minimum PhD in organic chemistry)
Background/ability to learn industrial chemical requirements
(manufacturability, ecology, economy, safety aspects of a process)
Basic understanding of MSDS, Safety and ESHA aspects
Computer literate (Word, Power Point, Excell)
Understanding of basic analytical methods (GC, HPLC, IR, UV)
Fluent in English (written, spoken)
Personality Profile
Understanding and strong commitment to meet quality and timelines
Ability / experience to work in an international team
Ability/ experience to supervise personne
Ability to communicate
