We are a well established Executive Search Firm headquartered in Hong Kong wit
h offices in Shanghai and Beijing set up since 2002 and 2005 respectively. Our
 coverage includes but not limited to middle to senior level positions in rela
ting to banking, insurance, asset management, leasing, professional services, 
fast-moving consumer goods, retail, manufacturing and information technology.


To cope with the booming economy, we are expanding and looking for candidates 
to fill up the following positions in our Shanghai Office:

Position: Intern/Trainees (6 positions)

Requirements:
-	Graduate or undergraduate students (Year 3 and above) who are able to work a
t least 2 days or 16 hours per week during our office hours which are normally
 from 09:30 to 18:30;
-	fresh graduates who are interested to explore this challenging industry and/
or human resources sector;
-	good spoken and written English; good common sense
-	not hesitate to make telephone phone calls
-	aggressive, eagerness to learn and hard-working
-	presentable and good in communication;

In addition to the attractive pay scale and incentive schemes, our senior cons
ultants who are seasoned Senior Bankers will also provide the following traini
ngs to new comers:

-	Practical industry knowledge such as banking products, operations and servic
es;
-	HR matters and routines
-	Search Methodology;
-	Telephone skills/manner;
-	Interview skills; 
-	Report write-up;
