工作职责:
1.Prioritize and manage affairs and appointments;
2.Receive phone calls, take message and relay matters;
3.Make domestic and international travel arrangements for office professionals;
4.In charge of overall administration work (Filing, document handling, updating permanent files, word, spreadsheets, data base, Faxing, scanning, PDF, and e-mail correspondence...);
5.Provide personal assist to CEO for business development (appointment, meeting, travel ticket, Accommodation and various personal matters);
6.Arrange CEO and foreign clients/specialists'travel scheduling;
7.Responsible for all foreign staff's invitation letter, legal visa, work permit, employment permit (apply new and renew);
8.Take annual check for company's certificates to the relevant government authorities
9.Translate and revise documents in English and Chinese;
10.Provide support regarding human resources
11.Purchase office stationery, drinks, coffee, tea at limited budget every month;
12.General IT skills (domain and web mail supplier), maintaining and updating the program database, weekly back for TS, UBS, OUTLOOK;
13.Take minutes at weekly general meetings;
14.Compile meeting minutes in legible, tidy, typed form (planning, client report) and send to all staff by email;
15.Keep contact with all suppliers to maintain office in good operation;
16.Prepare payment request forms (like monthly kuaidi bill, stationery payment, office rental and Management fee, air tickets payment , etc.);
17.Follow up kuaidi and take notes for billable, other shipments coordination;
18.Any other activity related to the branch activity;
19.Perform other duties as requested.
