Responsibilities：
Support in implement in technical training development planning, including：
- Support in establishing training requirement
- Support in organization & execute on internal technical training
- Support to analyze requirement & follow-up
- Some routine work of training, for instance, registration- coordinated / record maintenance, etc.
Qualification：
1.Bachelor or above degree with major in automotive engineering in 2006 or 2007
2.Fluent in English both oral & written & presentation
3.Skilled in computer, especially PowerPoint
4.Interested in training
5.Strong initiative spirit
6.Excellent capable of communication & coordinating
7.Capable of self-learning
8.Capable of analysis & Problem-solved
9.Good team player
10.Willing to share knowledge
11.Willing to work under pressure
