* Answer and transfer phone calls quickly and correctly.
* Handle documentation work (such as fax and copier) fast and accurately.
* Handle courier sending out and distributing work.
* Treat visitors with warmth and social courtesy.
* Follow up other instructed office administration work like stationeries, hotel & tickets booking, picking-up service arranging, car's arranging.
* In charge of other temporary affairs send from the office management floor.
Your Qualifications:
* Good English in oral and written, is requested.
* Nice out-looking.
* Be patient and careful enough to the trivial and little affairs. Be able to handle it on time as requested. Enthusiastic and perseverant for work.
