Internship Program 


Mercer Management Consulting is one of the world’s premier corporate

Mercer Management Consulting Shanghai office is looking for talented 
students from top universities for a six-month internship program starting 
from July. We commit to delivering a quality experience to our interns who 
will be placed on live cases, work closely with case team members and 
deliver real value to the team and our client.  


Best performers will be considered for a full-time Junior Analyst position 
by the end of internship. 


POSITION OPENING 


Position Titles: Intern

Position Status: Part Time

Location: Shanghai 


REQUIREMENTS: 


3rd year undergraduate student or 2nd year postgraduate student with an 
outstanding academic record 
Strong interest in management consulting 
Good communication skills both in English and Chinese 
Proactive and able to work independently 
Relevant working experience is an advantage
