职位描述EXPLORE A NEW CAREER AS AN EQUITY TRADER
We are currently looking for highly motivated, focused and energetic individuals to trade firm's capital. No prior trading experience required. Candidates will be placed in our rigorous training program where they will be taught, technical analysis, money management, tape reading and trader's psychology. While in training a senior trader will go over your trades pointing out mistakes as well as optimum entry and exit points.

After the training course you will benefit from continuous mentoring and exchange from our top traders on the trading floor. You will be provided with mentoring and guidance not for just a few months, but throughout your career at our firm.
Qualifications: 要求：
-Bachelor degree, a BA, MBA or other equivalent business school experience is a definite advantage.
