职位描述：

Responsibility:
1.Research and innovation in cryptography or related area.
2.Theoretical analysis and prototype design. 3.Protocol/algorithms design, analysis, simulation in cryptography.
4.Contribution to patent, standardization and paper.
Requirements:
1. Ph.D or Master Degree in cryptography, computer science or related disciplines with outstanding academic achievement desired.
2. Strong theoretical basis of cryptography and related theory. Experience with protocol/ algorithms design, analysis and simulation in security systems.
3. Strong skills in analyzing and solving theoretical and practical problems.
4. Strong experience on C/C++ software development.
5. Good English communication skills, both oral and written capabilities are required.
6. Creativity and team spirit
