具体的职位信息如下：
Responsibility
- client side PC workstation software/hardware configuration, installation, troubleshooting
- LAN/WAN environment configuration and debugging
- operate and manage varied server built on Microsoft and Linux platform
- voice system support
- security management, including patch release, anti virus, firewall, etc
- define local support and management process, like ID management, service level management, assets management, supporting procedure, etc.
- policy and standard compliance
Requirement
- College degree, major in Computer Science or related field
- 2- 5 years related working experiences
- Basic English skill, Read/Write
- Skilled and familiar with Windows, Linux and various desktop applications
- Have various experiences of solving PC hardware/software problem
- Be familiar with voice system
- Relevant knowledge in Network Infrastructure (LAN/WAN)
- Strong self-working and solving problem capability under pressure
- Keen self-studying capability, willing to learn new technology
- Diligent and positive working attitude
- Strong IT internal control and management sense
