职位描述(Job Descriptions)
一500强美资公司需要以下职位: HR Supervisor/Manager Responsible for: -Working with LoS Partners/ Managers to maximise the retention of staff. -Assisting HR Leadership develop and implement people management strategy and programmes. -Providing effective people management guidance, coaching and tools to assist Line Partners and Managers in coaching, developing and retaining their staff. -Facilitating annual people management processes, including: assignment review, performance review, promotions, and remuneration review. -Assisting Partners and Managers in managing up poor performers, and disciplinary action where required. Person Specification Line of Service HR senior staff, Managers and Senior Managers will need the following at increasing levels related to the grade of the role: Experience: -Generalist HR experience, preferably within a services or multi national corporation environment. -Experience within a multicultural, preferably Chinese environment is desirable. Qualifications: -Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management, Commerce or Social Sciences. Skills: -Strong English verbal and written communication skills. Mandarin language skills are very desirable. -Strong negotiation, influencing and consultative skills with an ability to build strong client relationships. -Strong client service focus at all levels of the role with demonstrated resourcefulness, initiative and flexibility. -Willingness to acquire or strong project management and change management experience -The ability to work autonomously with some to minimal direction dependent on grade. -A high level of discretion and confidentiality at all levels of the role. -A proven ability to handle pressure and manage conflicting demands -A 'can do' attitude whose enthusiasm and energy is welcomed as part of the team.
