Job Description:

Reviews, gathers, and quote the appropriate rates necessary to complete international Customer and colleague request. Under general guidance of Sales Executive, Station Manager and/or Sales Director, uses consultative sales process to sell Company services and products to assigned/targeted accounts. Obtain business from new accounts and maintain contact with existing customers to assure adequate service levels and to gain additional business from existing accounts.

• Schedule calls to target accounts and/or new business.
• Assist in maintaining current accounts and obtaining new accounts.
• Interact closely with Sales Executive, Station Managers on a regular and consistent basis.
• Maintain and make sure incoming and outgoing sales leads and routing orders are followed up.
• Assist in prospecting and qualifying leads.
• Help on market research.
• Meet sales goals as set by sales, station and regional management.
• Select the information of the business and run a report.
• Assist with phone coverage.
• Other duties as assigned.

Special skills/knowledge:

• Work requires positive, competitive, confident personality with strongly developed persuasive skills and a customer-focused orientation. Must have proven negotiation skills.

Qualification:

• With education of university degree, plus a half year of experience with shipping line.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to read, write and communicate fluently in English.
