职位描述/要求：

Location: Beijing
Reports to: Manager, MES SALES

General Description:
To be responsible for the support to MES sales team.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Sales database update;
2. Sales documents translation;
3. Filing hardcopy/electrical file or other Sales material;
4. Support Sales Engineer to prepare tender docs;
5. Coordinate the administrative work for MES Sales;
6. Support the administrative tasks for marketing activity ;
7. Visa Application for Sales Engineer;
8. Back-up for Air-ticket/ Hotel Arrangement for MES Sales team

Qualification:
1. Good command of Microsoft office software, especially familiar with Excel, Word and Powerpoint
2. Fluent English and good writing skills;
3. Team-player, initiative and open-minded.
4. Willing to face and accept challenging tasks.
