Position Description:
To participate in research project by doing at least one of the following tasks
1) Mechanics engineering with CATIA V5 and prototype manufacturing.
2) Mechanics simulations with CATIA V5, ANSYS and Abaqus + measurements.
3) Device HW & RF design + SW programming with Symbian or Java.
Requirements:
1) 3D modeling with Catia V5 software. Knowledge of mechanical structures and solutions. Ability to do part finishing and assembly.
2) Simulation model creation, send for solving and postprosessing with CATIA V5, ANSYS and/or Abaqus. Ability to do measurements of mechanical properties.
3) Device HW & RF design + SW programming with Symbian or Java. Ability to do soldering and measurements of electrical properties.
Business Unit Description:
The expert will work in the global Nokia Research Center's Beijing unit in Adaptive Terminals Team. This team is focused in the research of future mechanics and hardware solutions for mobile communication devices.
