- All tasks related in running the daily work of the office. This may also include handling of telephone, fax, booking of flights and hotels, going to the bank and the handling other issues related to the Office.
This position has two developing direction: Private Assistant and Office Manager.
Private Assistant:
To assist the Managing Director in his daily work with the main aim of minimizing his work as much as possible. To perform other tasks and to assist, upon request by the other managers with the aim of solving tasks and problems in the office.
Office Manager:
Structure and maintain human resource information and administration within Össur Asia. In a way that the company complies with appropriate legal authorities regarding employee welfare. Office manager is responsible for running the office, ensure that the office is presentable, functioning and in good working order at all times. Controls office budget, minimizes impact of cultural differences.
