职位描述/要求：

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

·??????? Follow up the service of daily switchboard operation

·??????? Give sufficient help and answer related question or consultation raised by customer during operation?

·??????? Update the information in phone book if required

·??????? Handle the transaction of meeting room booking

·??????? Update the information in meeting room booking system if required

·??????? Assist facilities manager to handle some simple office work, such as translation, information collection and consolidation

·??????? Support and assist to achieve some tasks else assigned by facilities manager

·??????? The position is temporary, working period is 6 months.

JOB REQUIREMENT/QUALIFICATION:

·??????? Female

·??????? Good voice

·??????? Proactive working attitude

·??????? Medium education or above

·??????? Fluent spoken Chinese in mandarin

·??????? Good skill at communication in English, special in oral English

·??????? Basic knowledge on office software operation
