职位描述: PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:
Direct and co-ordinate company sales and marketing activities
Develop and co-ordinate sales selling cycle and methodology
Direct and oversee the company marketing activities to identify and develop new customers for the products and services
Research and develop a strategy and plan which identify new market opportunity and new project development
Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs and results
Develop and manage sales and marketing budget
Directly manage major and critical key accounts, and co-ordinate the management of all other accounts
Participate in new product plan and proposal
Establish and implement short and long-range goals, objectives, policies and sales operating procedure
Supervise the planning and development of company marketing and communication materials
Represent company in local optical association or business meeting to promote the company
Promote positive relations with partners, vendors and distribution
Other duties as assigned
