职位描述:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Direct and co-ordinate company sales and marketing activities
  • Develop and co-ordinate sales selling cycle and methodology
  • Direct and oversee the company marketing activities to identify and develop new customers for the products and services
  • Research and develop a strategy and plan which identify new market opportunity and new project development
  • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs and results
  • Develop and manage sales and marketing budget
  • Directly manage major and critical key accounts, and co-ordinate the management of all other accounts
  • Participate in new product plan and proposal
  • Establish and implement short and long-range goals, objectives, policies and sales operating procedure
  • Supervise the planning and development of company marketing and communication materials
  • Represent company in local optical association or business meeting to promote the company
  • Promote positive relations with partners, vendors and distribution
  • Other duties as assigned

  • 代表公司参加本地的联合会活动或商业会议,提高公司声誉
  • 增进与合作伙伴、客户和其他销售之间的关系
  • 完成其他公司安排的任务

    基本要求:中等教育

    能够去国外出差

    销售要求/能力

    具备书面及即席演讲沟通能力,较好的听力,制定完成每日计划,善于自我提高,有团队精神。
