职位描述: 工作内容和要求:
对客户接口,负责产品订单的接收、确认、订单管理。
根据产品目录和ERP系统进行订单确认和订单输入,并下生产订单给生产部。
跟进订单执行以保证按时和高质量的完成。
跟客户和销售人员进行定期沟通,解决客户的商务问题,以保证客户的满意度。
回答和解决客户的各种问题,电话选配培训,专业的产品服务给客户。
良好的沟通能力、团队合作,能够独立工作。
有一定的电子类产品工作经验,并使用过ERP系统。
Description:
1.Interface to sales and customers about order receiving ,confirmation , and delivery schedule.
2.Order screening, checking, and confirmation according to catalogue and ERP system configuration before release into production.
3.Regular communication with customers and Internal production dept.,sales ,marketing and Logistics to improve customer's satisfaction.
4.Answer and solve customers' questions during orders production and supply professional services to customers.
5.Follow up orders' fulfillment to make sure complete and on time delivery.
6.Good team-worker, Communicative, patient,work independently and willing to have a long term career development in the company.
