职位描述：
JOB PURPOSE
COS clerk is responsible for the delivery of sales order of each region for Electrolux Major Appliances China
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive and validate the sales order from sales force, and determines the shipping warehouse
- Key in Sales Order in JDE
- Trace Order Delivery Process (order => invoice => delivery confirm => document delivery)
- Collect the "De-block Application" from salesman and pass to Credit management team
- Communicate and feedback to salesman against any exception of order delivery
- Coordinate with each individual function in the process
- Escalate and follow-up with the exception through OTC process
- Collects and files the detail documents: sales order, purchase order, payment in-transit, and delivery confirmation
PERSONAL SPECIFICATION
- Associate with major in Finance or Accounting
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Good communication skill
- Be good at Microsoft Excel
- Motivation, self-reliance, strong personal integrity and emotional stability
- Freshman who is willing to start career as an internship is preferable
