Job Description 工作细节
1) Programmer/Database/ 程序员+数据库
Understand how to build , how to build BBS, database, eBay. Bring p
ortfolio of previous work. Networking, search function, online payment, traffi
c generation, 

 

2) Web designer/网页设计
Must possess very strong art and design. 

Design brochure, website, blog, catalog, some minor IT related work. 

Bring portfolio. Ability to communicate with other staff. Can complete a proje
ct by one person. flash, html, fast working attitude.

 

3) Secretary /秘书
High work efficiency and quick learning ability, enough preparations to work u
nder pressure. Excellent communication skill. 


Compensation Package 待遇
this is a PAID internship. The duration of this program is 6 months but could 
be extended to 12 months depending on work performance. Good intern will be hi
re as full time employee subject to availability. You will receive training on
ce a week on the job training. You will be compensated with a minimum salary. 
Starting Salary $1250-$1500. Every 6 months we will increase $250-$500 dependi
ng on performance. If the staff continue after to third year, an increment of 
$500 every 6 months. Salary will be negotiated in year 4. A Progressive Income
 will looks like:  

First 6 months: $1250 -$1500

Next 6 months: $1500-$1750  (Year 1) 

Next 6 months: $1750-$2000

Next 6 months: $2000-$2250 (Year 2) 

Next 6 months: $2500-$2750

Next 6 months: $3000-$3250 (Year 3) 

  

Working Hour 工作时间

Monday to Friday: 900am to 600pm. 3月12日开始.
