Dans ce cadre , plusieurs implantations ont été lancées en 2006 à Shanghai puis à Prague et tout récemment en Tunisie. Au sein du bureau de Shanghai, plusieurs filières de sourcing ont été mise en place.

Projects Manager/Supervisor

SUMMARYManage many operational activities and some administrative activities of the office. Communicate directly with customers and suppliers to manage Import-Export projects. Plan and develop systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency. Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.      Manage many operational activities of the office to include: Customers relationship, Suppliers relationship, Suppliers audit, and following of Logistics - customs procedures, Import-export procedures.
2.      Analyse customers needs, prepare comprehensive request for quotation, present supply chain proposal.
3.      Trace records and build reports of production evolution and product quality.
4.      Manage some administrative activities of the office to include: Basic accountability procedures and Official Bodies relationship.
5.      Plan and develop systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the office.
6.      Analyze and document business processes and problems. Develop solutions to enhance efficiencies.
7.      Conduct new suppliers’ research, external visits and audits.
8.      Find and manage business partners (service and product): Quality control,
9.      Communicate with Management in China and France on operations. 10.      Other duties as assigned.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1.      Assist China Chief representative and others Ediliance associates
2.      Assist in procurement needs for Shanghai office.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
1.      Chinese reading, writing + English reading, writing + French reading, writing required. This is normally acquired through a College diploma or equivalent.
2.      Knowledge of office processes, procedures, and technology. Experience in supervising projects. Understanding of Import-Export procedures. Ability to read accounting reports. This is normally acquired through a combination of a Bachelor's Degree and, two to five years of office experience which includes supervisory responsibility.
3.      Ability to understand technical data in Mechanics, Metal production and transformation.
4.      Basic computer and arithmetic skills required.
5.      Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.
6.      Work requires being independent and enthusiasm.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Working conditions are normal for a Shanghai office environment. Work requires external business trips in China, and eventually in Europe. Work may require occasional weekend and/or evening work.
