-conduct feasibility studies relating to real estate investment opportunities in China;
-undertake property market surveys and investment analysis;
-independently manage investment consultancy projects working and coordinating with colleagues across Asia;
-consolidate and compile research findings;
-assist management in data assembly, preparation of presentation materials and other ad hoc assignments.

-能够独立承担项目的投资顾问工作
-编辑、整理研究成果，管理数据信息
-根据需要向客户介绍、演示自己的投资分析报告。
任职资格：
-undergraduate degree holder or above from a recognized international university, preferably in real estate, mathematics or finance;
-working experience in property industry will be a plus
-excellent command of written and spoken English and mandarin;
-independent, driven and detail oriented with strong analytical and report writing skills;
-out-going personality, ability to work under pressure and deadline
-大学本科及以上学历，房地产、数学、金融或相关专业，海外留学背景尤佳；
-具有房地产行业工作经验，
-英文流利，能够顺利完成英文分析报告；
-很强的数据分析、处理、归纳技巧和能力，能够独立撰写投资分析报告；
-团队合作精神和紧迫感，能够承担工作压力。
