职位描述: ESSENTIAL FUNCTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Work closely w/ the business partners to understand the high level business demand, challenge and formulate, execute ERP IM strategy.
*Work closely with user communities across the organization to determine business needs, priorities, process changes, gather and validate business requirements utilizing Six Sigma methodology and recommending solutions to business problems.
*Understand Business objectives/requests and translates them into achievable ERP IM solution. Convey strong leadership attribute and own the execution
*Operationally lead and manage China Oracle ERP for 6 operating units and interface with Global Application Support (GAMS) for monthly/quarterly release management, change, and outage/patch management.
*Ensure SLA as needed to enable sustained operations with internal and external service providers and implement controls to ensure compliance and performance
*Establish and maintain operations standards, procedures and best practices for operational excellence.
*Ensure application monitoring and controls, problems, incidents management and production scheduling processes to meet Business requirements and expectations
*Coordinate internal and external communication, issue resolution, vendor relationships, implementation and testing plans, training plans, and successful transition to support and maintenance teams.
*Work closely with internal/external service providers, business finance teams, and headquarters controller team to plan, track and control the yearly support/maintenance budget
*Take lead in identifying gaps in support and operations, and plan and drive the initiatives towards the optimized level
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
*Proven ability to work under pressure and challenging conditions, in a multilingual / global environment across continents and time zones.
*Excellent communications, interpersonal, team building and presentation skills
*Experience with ERP implementations and support and previous exposure to Oracle
*Ability to works closely with functional partner and global subcontractors/vendors, end users, and other support teams to resolve operational or application issues.
*Master degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related technical field
*GB or better Six Sigma Certification
*Fluent in Chinese and English
