ESSENTIAL FUNCTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily HR support. such as posting jobs, screening CVs, interview arrangement, onsite interview coordination;
- Developing different channels to attract qualified candidates;
- Registering In/Out staffing information; maintaining Resident Tracking System;
- Coordinating projects of staffing team, such as Campus Recruiting etc..
- Coordinating new employee onboarding process;
- Coordinating biz's meeting;
- Logistics arrangement.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
- Master degree in Management, Psychology, HR or related major;
- Solid Internship experience with multinational company in HR area is preferred;
- Open-minded and good at communication;
- Fluent English (both oral and written);
- 2-3 working days per week will be required.
