Job Description:
1.Responsible for processing and maintaining the meta-data of the Material ID (product deliverable).
2.Perform the activities required to plan, publish, distribute and maintain information products produced in the IBM Labs.
3.Inputs meta-data for each product deliverable;
4.Ensures the meta-data is accurate and correct;
5.Responsible for administrative functions involved in the "lifetime" of the product deliverable;
6.Provides consultation to internal customer on publication and other product deliverable matters;
7.Ensures all product deliverables are in readiness to meet customer expectations;
8.Manages and submits deliverable files;
9.Ensures publications are electronically-enabled and available for view and download on the IBM Publications Center on the Web;
10.Provides assistance and advice to other Controlling Parties.
Requirement:
1.Entry-level general business skills including good communication skill in English, and knowledge to utilize various information communication tools (such as Lotus Notes, Instant Messaging, Lotus 1-2-3 & Excel spreadsheet, Word).
2.Knowledge on Global Supply Chain System Operations & Material Management is plus but not necessarily required.
3.Basic IT knowledge to understand how the product information flows from manufacturing systems(from-end to back-end) to sales & fulfillment systems is plus but not necessarily required.
4.Strong team player with commitment and effective time management skills.
