职位描述：
Job Responsibility:
Work with Brand Managers & Product Development Team to solve challenging product / design problems and create new and exciting products for all global affiliates
Ensure that all products are reviewed and approved for logo applications prior to production release.
Collaborate with Brand and Product Managers to develop innovative package designs that enhance product features and drive sales.
Manage categories and projects as needed. Manage projects to meet established time goals for product launch dates based on product briefs.
Design new products - Thru working with vendors ( existing and new ), attend trade shows, investigate related industry trends, competitors analysis; generate new themes / collections of items for a given category.
Manage collaborative design projects with 3rd party designers.
-Must be able to manage a network of 3rd party designers on specialized projects.
-Interact with product designers and contract suppliers to jointly develop new and existing products.
Job Requirement:
Great design and sketching ability.
Knowledge of various 2D and 3D product design computer (CAD) programs.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written, and must be able to present ideas to all levels of management.
Ability to manage and create numerous design assignments in a fast paced environment.
Knowledge of materials and how things are manufactured in a cost effective way.
Highly organized individual, with strong prioritization and time management skills.
