职位描述/要求：

Job Summary:

Responsible for local spare parts monitor and customer service data collect

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

1.      Customer Satisfaction Survey(Northern)
2.      Spare parts coordinator(Northern China), including spare parts’ ordering collect and transfer(to engineer), warranty management and RA monitoring, monthly stock take….
3.      Local service contract collection and monitoring;
4.      Local engineer and dealer service report/installation report collect and filing
5.      Local service marketing support
6.      Local monthly report collect from SAP or Clarify;
7.      Warranty contract SAP input
8.      Local other support.

Basic Requirements of the Job:

1.      Minimum qualification required is diploma in Electronic, Electrical, or Medical Mechanical
2.      Ability to operate a computer and use database, word processing, spreadsheet and other software
3.      Initiative, follow-up, detail focus
4.      Good command of English in both oral and written.
