职位描述: Duties and Responsibilities
1)Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen and forward calls, providing information and taking messages.
2)General office pratices:book airticket and hotel, send and receive Express, manage the stationery.
3)Greet persons entering company, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
4)petty cash book
5)warehouse recording
Requirements:
-College degree
-Good at spoken and written English (above CET 4 level)
-Patient, detail-minded, initiative & self-disciplined
-Good Communication skills
-Good computer skills(Word, Excel..)
-photoshop, coreldraw are strong advantages
