职位描述：
Job Responsibility:
Participation on Development and Improvement of turbochargers rotor-bearing systems (RBS) performances with the respect of dynamic stability, performance, balancing, vibration control and cost reduction
Provide support to World Wide Product and Application Engineering as well as Manufacturing Departments on Bearing Systems & Rotor dynamics issues
Contribution on experimental activities related with rotor dynamics technology cell development and qualification test in SGTS laboratory
Job Requirement:
Mechanical Engineering with Master Degree at least
Strong background in rotor dynamics, tribology, hydrodynamics, mechanical vibrations, FEA and basic Aerodynamics.
Demonstrated competencies in modeling and experimenting for different RBS designs.
Familiar with balancing technology.
Have some project experience preferred
Good oral and writing communication skills in Mandarin and English
Experienced in 6-Sigma preferred
Familiar with engineering calculation software: Fortran, C, Matlab etc.
Familiar with hydrodynamics and structure arithmetic
Familiar with Mechanical Design, GD&T
Preferable Skill on CFD software, Fluent etc.
Familiar with Microsoft office
