职位描述：
Responsibilities:
Source local suppliers both for raw materials and outsourcing parts
Negotiations and contract arrangement with suppliers
Together with the QA department evaluate material and parts suppliers
Together with the QA department, work on the incoming material quality control
Supplier database develop
Optimize cost, delivery and payment conditions to increase profitability of the company
Work closely with the Engineering Department and the Production Department in order to ensure timely material supply
Requirements:
University degree in Mechanical Engineering or other applicable fields
Extensive experience from purchasing and supplier sourcing
Experience of purchasing mechanical parts and raw materials
Ability to develop and build relationships with and to control major suppliers
Experience from MRP systems
Good negotiation skills
Good command of written and spoken English
Good communication and coordination skills
