Job duties                         

-Responsible for effectively performing IT Procurement in China region for all
 Business Units. 
-Manage day-to-day purchasing operations to ensure that goods and services mee
t the bank's specifications and are delivered on time and in the right quantit
y/quality. 
-Be responsible for the e-procurement system implementation, maintenance and e
nhancement in China area. 
-Achieve cost saving goal of overall spending reduction from the purchasing tr
ansaction and activity. 
-Assist procurement team leader to effectively manage suppliers and coordinate
 with internal customers and functional departments. 

Job requirements 

-Bachelor's level degree in Computer Science, EE, Business administrative, fin
ancial or a related field. 
-Working experience in major Corporations is preferred. 
-Strong communication and presentation skills and a proven ability to work wit
h internal customers and external suppliers at all levels of the organization.
 
- Responsible, initiative, team spirits, process and result oriented 
-Excellent teamwork skills. 
-Fluent in both spoken and written English
