Position: New Plant Project Manager Assistant
Job Location: Taicang, Jiangsu
(Commute between Shanghai and Taicang by company transportation)
Job Description:
- Internship with engagement from 6 months to 8 months
- Keep track of project documents and reports
- Organize and archive project files
- Prepare and take minutes for relevant meetings.
- Administration support to Project Manager
- Qualified candidate will be prioritized for open positions of new recruitment
Qualification:
- University graduates, university junior or senior students. English major is preferred.
- Fluent English skill both in writing and speaking.
- Ability of German is preferred.
- Good computer skill especially in MS office package.
- Excellent interpersonal skill, good team spirit and work ethic.
- Detailed and logical working style.
- Willing to learn and take challenges under pressure.
- Flexible for possible short period travel.
