Data Analyst-Data Processing Center
Job Description:
Process survey data to deliver standardized and customized reports using proprietary software tools
Prepare survey tools for clients and provide help in data entry
Maintain databases according to standards to ensure data is easily accessed and securely stored
Provide first-level technical support to clients and consultants in Asia countries (China, Japan, Korea and Singapore)
Conduct survey testing and peer view, data verification and acceptance testing
Requirement elicitation and document work products
Support multiple assignments concurrently
Requirement:
University degree, ideally in Computer Science/IT or Statistics
Attention to details and able to deal with large quantity of number
Proficient in Word, Excel, and relational database applications
Excellent English skills (speaking, reading, writing)
Demonstrated effective communication and team work
Demonstrated time management skills and able to work in multiple tasks concurrently
Individual must be highly motivated and able to work independently
General knowledge of compensation & benefits practices in local and regional market is an advantage
