Job description

You will be working in a manufacturing organization of the HP printer division. As a product engineer you are expected to work with the team and partners to deliver the quality, cost and, time to market objectives of the product you are in charge of. Specifically your main responsibilities are:

Project Management:

Manage or participate new product introduction projects.

Develop plans and work with product design team and manufacturing partners to ensure project objectives (schedule, product quality, cost and ramp, and etc.) are met.

Current Product Support:

Provide technical leadership and expertise support to ensure product quality, cost and delivery schedule are consistently met.

Timely identify product/parts problem and come out with short time and long term solutions.

Manage product changes and qualify parts or molds.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives pertaining to product or manufacturing processes

Requirements:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant engineering disciplines.

Good communication skills in English.  Demonstrated capability of communicating skill with all levels of people.

Good understanding of statistical quality control or other process control knowledge.

Analytical problem solving skills.

Good team working and communication skills.
