职位描述：
Our company is looking to hire 1 or 2 senior LAMP engineer/PMs to work full time in our IT Department.
Salary:12-16,000RMB/Month
Primary Responsibilities:
-Formulate and execute a backup and safety plan for our existing web site and services. The goal of this plan is to ensure that our web service runs continuously and is always backed up.
-Organize our team to follow a strict, safe development process, including project management.
-Work with the CIO to roll out new functionality on our existing website without interrupting services to our existing customer base.
Qualifications:
-Extensive experience developing LAMP-based websites
-Extensive experience working with large websites (10,000+ users) using MySQL databases
-Able to lead a team of junior programmers
-Able to work with a flexible specification that will change frequently
Required Skills:
-Excellent Linux skills
-Excellent PHP coding skills
-Excellent in English skills
