职位描述：
Main Responsibilities
-To handle customer's cash deposits and cash withdrawals.
-To float cash from / to cashier.
-To do regular transactions including FCY Exchange Inward DD, buying and selling T-cheque, ITT arrangement, Cash Advance, and DPS Operations.
-To reimburse daily / miscellaneous expenses.
-To balance cash at the end of the day and return cash with teller box to cashier.
-To assist customer fill in fund transfer application form.
-To explain SAFE regulations to customer and assist customer fill in Remittance form.
-To check customer balance, issuing Balance Certificate.
-To answer customer's all kinds of enquiries and make cross-referrals.
-To hand credit cards and pins to customer over counter.
Requirements
-Good written and oral English;
-Good communications skills and customer oriented;
-Willingness to learn and work under pressure;
-Relevant banking experiences are a great advantage.
