职位描述：
As a Software Configuration Management (SCM) Engineer, you will support system developers by handling development related SCM tasks.
Planning, developing, implementing and maintaining configuration plan and configuration management environment ;
Daily configuration management work according to CM plan, as creating baseline, integrating, building, releasing and auditing;
Creating and enhancing tools and scripts for SCM work;
Improving continuously SCM processes;
Qualifications
BS or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related fields;
Strong skill with one or more scripting languages, for example Perl and Shell script is a must;
Solid knowledge of build management tools (make, etc.) .
History of being a quick learner, understanding the "big picture" and making it happen;
Creative and effective problem solving skills;
Software engineering experience is preferred, especially CMM experience;
Experience in CM or releasing engineering is preferred;
Being familiar with software configuration management systems / source code version control systems is preferred;
Strong familiarity with UNIX platforms and system administration is preferred;
ClearCase/ClearDDTS/ClearQuest/CVS/Bugzilla/UCM experience is preferred;
Good communication skill and team spirit;
Fluent English in speaking and writing.
