工作职能：
对于软件进行可用性分析，对软件设计的可用性进行把关和改进。设计软件usability 测试和测试环境，准备测试的prototype, 组织面向全球用户的usability实验和focus group，收集数据，分析总结试验结果。
要求：
有认知心理学，工业心理学，人的因素等相关学位，有较强的沟通能力，分析能力，能够组织focus group和usability test。能用Illustrator，Photoshop，HTML，Flash，Director，Fireworks，PowerPoint等开发prototype更好。有心理学相关的博士学位更理想。必须有良好的英文能力。
As a usability engineer,you will work with the product designers to recommend testing approaches,develop tests,pilot tests,ensure that our test environments in our usability lab are set up,and facilitate actual tests.
You will participate in the following activities:
·Participate in design reviews and usability studies.
·Assist designers in preparation for the test and customer field studies that generate user interface requirements.
·Prepare prototypes for usability testing.
·Collect and analyze test data; work with the Usability Engineering lead to assist in presenting findings to various stakeholders.
·Format and interpret data to compile reports:
Produce the highlights of the study in video(.avi),Word and Power point formats.
·Facilitate focus groups and contextual inquiries activities. Participate in user research projects.
Requirements:
·Degree in experimental and/or cognitive psychology or human factors engineering.
·Strong people and communication skills.
·Attention to project detail and timelines.
Desirable experience and applications:
·Experience moderating focus groups and/or conducting usability tests is desirable.
·Experience prototyping using Illustrator, Photoshop,HTML,Flash, Director,Fireworks,PowerPoint,or similar applications.
