职位描述: Primary Function:
Develop regional customer development strategies, draw out action plan and implement to ensure the dealership & customers partnership healthy development.
Main duties and responsibilities:
-Develop regional body builders development strategies, draw out action plan and implement to ensure health growth of end users system;
—Manage regional customers development system, evaluate regional dealer performance, produce customized support and training programs for different dealers;
—Build up market intelligence system for regional dealer development, set up dealer communication channel to solve dealer conflict issues;
—Work closely with the regional dealer and sales forces to grow dealer sale;
—Perform necessary analyses to support appropriate dealer & users development decisions.
Qualification/Experience:
—Bachelor Degree or above; major in engineering background or business related preference.
—Strong market knowledge with Sales & Solid analytical skills;
—Proven experience in China HVAC industry distribution system or sales track record experience in Truck & Trailer refrigeration product in advantage.
—Good communication and presentation skills;
—Good English language ability (Oral, listening, reading and writing)
—Proficient in computer and MS Office
