职位描述: Key Accountabilities:
-Be in charge of receptionist work for MTC.
-Be in charge of operating and developing Cost control system for admin. Daily tracking for energy consumption.
-Be in charge of handling any document or equipment to external department or authority by transmittal or E-mail, fax to clarification.
-Responsible for ensuring all visitors to the site are managed properly.
-Responsible for booking of business travel requirements (competitive pricing) and monitor against budget.
-Ensures compliance with all MTC policies relating to business practices and regulatory requirements.
-Contribute to teamwork and continuous improvement activities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
-Diploma in related activities
-Good command of the English language
-Good computer software skills
-Ability to organize and communicate effectively
-be able to working at Feng Xian District(奉贤区)
