职位描述：
Responsibilities and Requirements:
Ensuring all Mainframe entitlements data is validated by mapping entitlements data to standard Signature Bank product names,
Receiving and formatting ongoing software license acquisition/discontinuance information (including software proof of license) from product acquisition groups in Regions
Performing complex discrepancy closures in SW Recon tool, based on data validation and resolution decisions from Account DPM's.
Amending Software License Base information for software product changes to the Contract Software List
Comparing software licensed information to software installed information to identify variances
Ensuring that necessary information is obtained about the changes in vendor names and resolved
Identifying and initiating the required purchases/discontinuances to correct the identified variances
Producing and distributing the contracted Software License Management reports
Software Asset & License Management Background strongly preferred
Experience in IBM corporate / supply chain business areas strongly preferred eg. SW license / contract management, Procurement, fulfilment, Order management - strongly preferred
Experience in IBM corporate / supply chain systems where software license & contracts data is stored eg. Passport Advantage, WTAAS, CAAPS - strongly preferred
Ability to acquire entitlement data elements (PO/invoice number, license type, etc.) from source systems.
General understanding of industry standard software vendors, and software contract T's & C's
Fluent spoken and written English communication skills
Preferred fluency in Japanese or Korean languages
