Responsibilities:
This is a technical role which also requires strong analytical and problem solving skills, commitment to customer focus, the ability to work independently and excellent communication skills. Products used are primarily from, but not limited to, the Tivoli Systems management tools in the Performance and Availability area.
Requirements:
-Experience in BMC Patrol and/or CA Unicenter and at least Senior experience in one the following service lines: Managed Storage, Intel/UNIX Server Management, Data Management, Transaction Monitors, Product Lifecycle Management
-Strong skills in at least one of the following operating Systems and systems management tools: Windows NT, HPUX/UNIX, Novell Netware, Windows 2000 server
-BMC Patrol (mandatory) and CA Unicenter (preferred)
-Good command of English
