Job Title: Solution Provider Manager
Work Location: Shanghai
Major Responsibility
-- Partner sales growth with focus on augmentation, extension, and net new business
-- Focus on delivering a positive customer experience according to Dell standards
-- Drives Dell's initiatives down into assigned territory while make sure we can deliver revenue, unites, margin, enterprise, and services revenue in the right way.
-- Team with internal Dell resources and leads the cross functional sales/non-sales team in making the best business decisions
-- Feedback to business unit relating to strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats or obstacles (SWOT).
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and aggressive to drive the business
- High standard of integrity
- Familiar with solution partners/purchasing arm management
- Mature and good self discipline
