1) Intern, for STS SHA (spares & technical services department), open positions: (PART TIME)
Responsibilities:
• Maintain Asia quotation/Asia order handling/China delivery excel database in company shared drive.
• Contact local vendors/forwarding companies for on-time delivery of the goods.
• Draft fax to external parties, prepare meeting minutes and presentation materials.
• Organize team building activities.
• This intern position can be turned into permanent contract employee after graduation upon satisfactory performance evaluation.
Requirements:
• Major in business, English or engineering related. Basic engineering knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, Basic Japanese is a plus.
• Team player but must have capacity to work independently.
• Comprehensive computer knowledge with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and etc.
• Basic knowledge with SAP (or other ERP systems) is preferred.
• Senior year in colleague is preferred. Total working time can not be less than 3 days a week.
WHAT WE OFFER:
3 TO 6 MONTHS INTERNSHIP CONTRACT, 24 TO 30 HOURS PER WEEK (CONTRACT CAN BE EXTENDED FOR EXCELLENT PERFORMER), RMB 50 PER DAY.
