1. Performs secretarial duties for the Marketing Director, including preparing correspondence and reports, and proof reading.
2. Indexes and files correspondences, records and reports.
3. Maintains calendar and arranges meetings. Answers inquires and makes travel arrangements for the Marketing Director.
4. Attends weekly and monthly meetings. Records minutes of meetings. Maintains documents and files related to all meetings
5. Maintains files related to legal matters and prepares summary for Executive Committee.
6. Attends meetings as assigned and reports on actions.
7. Maintains strictest confidentiality.
8. Performs related work as required.
9. Translate documents into Chinese/ English.
10.Other duties performed as advised.
Personal Specification
1. Bilingual, both good English and Chinese Skills.
2. Typing certificate or previous experience, high touch typing speed.
3. Computer literate and ability to format documents in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
4. Ability to work with staff, the public and external agencies.
5. Ability to exercise initiative, problem solving and decision making.
