职位描述：
Job Description
As a PMO Project Support, he/she work with all delivery project managers in performing the following tasks:
Conducting project review, bid proposal review and conducting project audit of project planning, estimation, statement of work, change management and project release lifecycle Control project cost and improve project profit.
Fix red projects or prevent red project from its happening
Monitoring PM development & training process, conducting PM assessment and organizing PM training course
Conduct PM Process training
Evaluate project management tools with PMs, Management Team and Quality Team.
Provide advice to PM on project management process and problem solving.
Other Project related measurement and improvement activities
Reporting and Analysis:
Responsible for month-end reporting and P&L analysis
Provide financial support to business department for service revenue forecast
Understand the rationale behind the forecast, verify the numbers, and track the progress.
System Setup and Maintenance:
Assist in project management system setup
Coordinate with Project Managers and Project Coordinators on project profitability, working efficiency, service quality and other performance evaluation
Undertake ad hoc studies and analyses as required periodically
Business and Financial Control:
Communicate policies, process changes, and ensure compliance.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience, but highly prefer a Masters
or graduate degree.
Must have experience of managing large and/or multiple full life cycle projects.
Must have experience of working in a team environment.
Must have experience of motivating and communicating with individuals or group.
Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written and excellent organizational skills.
Must have a very good knowledge and understanding of the theory of project management and project management tools; i.e. MS-Project or similar tools.
Must have the ability to work flexibly and on own initiative.
Must have the ability to plan, monitor and resource projects.
Leadership qualities: Integrity, attention to detail, timeline sensitive, goal oriented, motivator
Management of multiple medium to large scale software or product development projects in the manufacturing environment
Experience in working with internal and external partners
Abiltiy to interface with all levels in customer organization
Skills & Knowledge Requirements
Good command of PC application, experience of using different systems, such as SAP.
Visio and database skills
A thorough understanding of project management principles, budgets, schedules
Good Spoken and written English
