ESSENTIAL FUNCTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Brief Introduction: in charge of the import&export operation and payment checking of logistic of service department
1. Import&Export operation
(1) Daily check and review import clearance process to ensure all import shipment can be smoothly in operation,and meanwhile fix clearance issue with supplier.
(2) Coordinate with agent to perform all pay tax process and give reasonable explaination to customs.
(3) Handle the operation of daily export shipment which released by Asia CS team.
(4) Bad parts return operation via Export agent.
(5) Daily maintain export report for finance checking.
2. Payment checking:
(1) Internation/Domestic transportation payment
(2) L-He payment
(3) Im&Ex related charge checking( Tax,agent charge, service station operation charge,clearence expense,and etc .)
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
1.Experiences with Customs clearance is must.
2.Strong interpersonal skills, ambitious and aggressive personality, can work under pressure.
3.Very accountable and detailed working attitude.
4.Be proactive thinking.
5.Analytical & problem solving skills.
6.Results Orientation, Ability to Learn.
7.University degree, preferably with a major in Science and Technology.
8.Teamwork skill.
9.Experience with basic IT Tools (e.g. MS Office) is a precondition.
10.Excellent English communication skills in both spoken and written.
