职位描述: Key responsibilities:
1.Place the purchase order to supplier ( domestic or overseas )
(print and check drawings);
2.Follow up the purchase order and delivery performance;
3.Report delivery situation based on order management reqirement;
4.Daily maintenance order data and confirming/reconfirming delivery date and acutal delivery date in Scala;
5.Analyze the performance of quality and delivery;
6.Follow up non qualified issues;
7.Apply for reimbursement for purchase order (down payment, invoice);
8.Reduce order handling time;
9.Visit and push suppliers to match product planning;
Requirements:
1.Mechanical or international trading Bachelor degree;
2.Good communication skill both in Chinese and English;
3.Good negotiation skill;
4.Good processing knowledge in mechanical or import and export area;
5.Good Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, MS Project, ERP knowledge.
